This was a brilliant experience for all ages and abilities. There was plenty of room for my powered wheelchair and my children’s addition needs were catered for well . Every one gets included and it’s just such a magical experience. My daughter was delighted with the dancing and everyone is encouraged to take part . It is one in a life experience and worth the money . The staff are an asset to the experience and so energetic and always have an answer ready for those curious little minds lol
Our chef 🧑🍳 dancer was just the best and he really made my daughter’s day. He didn’t know how special he made the experience

The staff were amazing so friendly & fun, the children really enjoyed the experience. The hot chocolate & was nice & the mugs & bell in the bags were a great keep sake.

Took the family on the polar express, and wasnt disappointed. Great experience best christmas thing i have done for years.

We took our niece and nephews to the Polar Express for Christmas, along with their parents, and everyone loved it! The hot chocolate and cookies were delicious, and everyone (even the adults!) was enchanted with their gift from Santa! Would thoroughly recommend, what a lovely day out.

What a fantastic experience my whole family had on the Polar Express. A true night of Christmas magic, all staff involved were wonderful and the railway station and all it's staff are an absolute credit, thank you 😊

Took my 2 grandchildren on The Polar Express ftom Brechin Raikway station. Magical 1 hour journey from start to finish. Kids were in awe of everything from the singing chefs...elf's.. conductor and I'd course Santa! Gorgeous hot chocolate served with beautiful big thick chocolate cookies and were all given a bell from Santa's sleigh. Highly recommend this magical experience for all the family!

I took the kids to ride on the Polar Express and we all had an amazing time.
We travelled from further afield but all that driving was absolutely worth it.
The volunteers and the actors were amazing and full of energy. I had two autistic children with me and I couldn't fault the staff at all. They were amazing with them.
The experience was a great way to get everyone into the Christmas spirit. We loved the dancing, singing and all the lights. The hot chocolate was delicious too.
I'd really recommend this experience for adults and children alike!

What an amazing experience. My family have watched this film since they were young. Got tickets for the family and grandson and they all had a blast. Would recommend anyone with kids, or adult kids to go, the actors put on a great show and seem to really enjoy themselves, they also get you involved with the show. Will be going back again next year. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Best Christmas experience ever!!
From start to finish, there were smiles all round. The entertainment was exceptional! I loved the fact that there were people of all ages on the train, not just children. It really was an experience that we'll never forget.
I cannot believe how much of an impact a movie has on so many.
It was just beautiful!
We've done various experiences in the past, but nothing compares to this.
It really did start Christmas off in the most magical way.
I cannot wait to come back next year with my eldest and my dad.
I loved how all staff interacted so well with everyone and really made them feel special.
I cannot recommend this trip enough!

Absolutely disgusting attitude - Weather warnings all over Scotland urging people not to travel unless necessary. Checked and was told polar express ride was still running despite the warnings. Tried our best to get there but roads were so dangerous and got stuck for hours due to a jack knifed lorry, when I called them I was told “tough luck” and there would be no refunds and can’t transfer the booking, was also told there was no weather warnings there which was a lot of rubbish. Absolutely disgusting attitude. My wee boy was devastated. Putting money over safety…shame on you!!!
